I recently stayed in the hotel. It was not en enjoyable experience. The hotel was obviously under staffed. The hotel room that I was give was not cleaned after the previous guest’s stay. The front desk was helpful and quickly switched a room for me. However, when I asked if they could change the bedding for me as it was suspicious that the sheets were not changed. I was told that there were no cleaning staff onsite and I had to change by myself. Overall, I would not recommend staying there.

Our flight was canceled booked because first thing I saw with airport shuttle!(we know this now they all have them and are free) front desk manager very rude not friendly or helpful at all!!! Breakfast is a joke: nothing but carbs no fruit,eggs, protein just old bread and bagels basically! If u want coffee u will wait for it that’s for sure and only one kind no de caf and is like warm it’s so old when there is some made. Tub didn’t drain properly ands NO HOT WATER!!!!! Laundry vending machine will take your money but it’s empty so u have to walk to desk and deal with the rude lady running it! She tells u it’s empty people can just come to front desk! Really I could go on and on! Everyone encountered had the same look on their face as we did and the ones we actually talk to were so disgruntled I didn’t feel bad being upset with this property!! Run down no one in 2 days ever used pool it looked gross. Spend extra money stay somewhere else

Windows unable to close, unable to contact customer service as line is disconnected so sleep with windows open all night. Check in easy, shuttle bus on time and location goin to airport is just few miles. Customer service people are great in check in and scheduling for shuttle bus for early morning flight. Pool is OK.
