We stay here a lot. Found major improvements in cleanliness on 15-27 Aug 2025. Excellent, with one exception -- the lounge furniture. Needs cleaned or better yet, three lounge chairs need replaced.

The hotel was able to accommodate our early check in, which was great and we appreciated. The gentleman behind the front desk was not friendly, however a female worker was very friendly with explaining deposit details. I reserved two king suite rooms. Both couches had stains on them. Room 113 had very poor water pressure in shower and the bathroom fan was abnormally loud. There was also a recurring noise coming through the wall the became very annoying during the night. The mattress was also very old and sloped.

Deceptive photos pretty run down and unwelcoming.

This hotel was very run down, the pictures are very deceptive. The pool area was gross. Hot tub was completely torn out and a pile of dirt and debris was between the hot tub and the pool. The breakfast was not very good and there was only one person who was extremely helpful. The rest were apathetic. They started the checkout cleaning two hours before the actual check out time and came into our room just as we were waking up!! It felt as if they were extremely eager for us to leave.

The hotel was very close to the Red Rocks and Morrison. We stayed for 2 weekend nights. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. We had a very pleasant experience, and we will come back again soon.

Literally found bed bugs and huge blood stains on the mattress in my room and when I told the front desk about it they only offered a partial refund. Don’t stay here!!!

While this property was inexpensive I was very surprised to find that the toilet was leaking around the base and that the sink did not drain. The flooring was also damaged and it visibly was water damaged and buckled in many places. The corners were dusty and dead bugs/spider webs were visible. The window to the outside was cracked. The beds were not comfortable, but not terrible. The one bright spot is that the staff was really nice.
