The airport shuttle and drivers were friendly and efficient. Very convenient for an overnight stay when I missed my connecting flight and was rescheduled to next morning. The front desk attendant could use some lessons in customer service - very unfriendly to customers and arrogant toward the shuttle driver in front of the customers.

Biggest complaint is there was no mention of parking fees on booking. At checkout this was stated and they sai would remove fees. Got separate bill on card the next month for parking.

Other than having to pay to park our vehicle for the night in the parking lot, our stay was very good. The room was very nice and clean. We had to leave early for a flight, so we could not get the breakfast in the hotel and passed on the grab and go breakfast.

This is a nice place to stay if you are flying out of Denver. If you are driving to the hotel there is an extra charge to park your car for the night.
