Property was overbooked. Our reservation was changed from two queen beds to a king room by the hotel. When I arrived the front desk attendant said the system changed my reservation and he had no queen rooms available. After going back and forth he said he had two queen beds in an ADA room available. We were put in that room. The room was mostly fine, except for the bathroom. The water pressure was so high in the sink even on low the water went everywhere. There were also two large cracks in the bottom of the tub, so I can only imagine there is water damage in the room below. When standing in line for an extra towel, the people in front of me also had an issue getting their room. The attendant said their system overbooks all the time and they have no control over it. We loving staying in Holiday Inns but this one was not up to par.
