Our room was clean and ready to allow us a slightly early check-in. Quiet and comfortable. We chose to park off-site but nearby, as it was significantly less expensive than the valet parking. Location was very walkable to Coors Field and a huge variety of restaurants.

Pros: Very pleasant check-in experience. Clean, comfortable room. Nice hotel in general. Cons: Parking. Valet service, dropping off and picking up is difficult. Coffe bar/restaurant. We went down for coffee two mornings in a row. After sitting at the bar for almost 5 minutes and standing at the Coffe Bar sign for about 3 minutes the second morning we didn't get so much as eye contact, let alone verbal acknowledgement or hello. Someone needs to teach customer service to this part of the staff. Front desk was very pleasant.

Hotel staff had great food recommendations, all within a 10 minute (max) walk of the hotel. Very clean and safe neighborhood and the rooms were spacious. Walking distance to both Larimer square and 16th street shopping.
