My stay was just okay. The room was clean, and check-in was easy, but that’s about where the good parts ended. I tried to order room service but couldn’t find a menu in the room or online. When I called to ask, the woman on the phone was short and rude. I ordered a burger and fries, thinking it was a safe choice. The food came cold, the burger was dry, and the fries were soft. Later, I needed a copy of my hotel bill. When I called the front desk, they couldn’t find my reservation and were not helpful. I ended up calling the main hotel number, and thankfully someone there was able to assist me. Overall, the hotel is not worth what they charge. If you do stay here, I recommend skipping the room service and avoid front desk as much as you can.

We chose this hotel because of the location. The lobby was nice, the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. When we got to the room it looked nice. We got ready and went to the restaurant in the hotel and had dinner. Dinner was amazing! When we returned, my cousin noticed there was a stain on her sheets so she slept w/o the covers. I noticed there was only one make up remover (we had a room w/ 2 beds - normally 2 people) and then realized in the middle of the night we didn't have a replacement roll of TP. She called in the morning and they said they'd send one up. We waited. Nothing. At this point, there was no TP left (we only had about 1/2 a roll when we got back that evening). She called again and it took another short while but they finally delivered.

Overpriced for what it is. This hotel is not in a practical location. That would be fine if you don’t have small children. However, they do not offer self parking and trying to unload luggage and kids with a line of cars behind you is definitely unnerving. The room was nice. Nothing special though. It was clean (except grime in the shower). Happy hour at the onsite restaurant was very good and was enjoyed. There’s not really much that’s wrong with this place, I just don’t think it’s worth $300/night. The area around this is sketchy come nightfall. Lots of druggies and homeless around. We wanted to walk to several area bars and decided not to because it seemed unsafe.
