Nice and convenient to downtown area. Rooms clean and condition of hotel was very good. Staff could use some customer service training. Two staff members were engaged in a personal conversation while I stood at the front desk waiting for them to finish, so I could ask them a question. The same thing happened in the lobby restaurant/bar area. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than waiting on their customers.

The hotel stay was great. The check in process was seamless & already had everything ready for me. My only drawback is the restaurant/bar. The menu didn’t have a lot of options & nothing on it stood out. However, the service was & staff were great.
