Heater in the room was super loud. Kept waking us up. Breakfast wasn't that great. Muffins were rock hard. There was supposed to be potatoes with sausage in it, but the sausages looked like burnt pebbles.

Room & staff were amazing!!! However, this place charges $30 to let people use their parking garage! I parked in the parking garage outside of Deus Luxe and it was mayyyyybe a 5 minute walk & $10. They should really lower it to something that's not ridiculous for downtown Des Moines.

We switched our room 3 times. The rooms were disgusting. The beds and sheets had stains all over them. The room smelled like onions. All of the towels were stained or had holes in them. It was clear that the first two rooms were not cleaned well at all. The last room was okay but not great. I would never stay here again. The were not staffed well and when we requested additional bedding and towels they said we had to go get them from the front desk because only one person was working. The staff never apologized once. I was extremely disappointed with the service received.
