It was very understaffed. No staff when needed. Mold around the bathtub. Floors were filthy. The AC was barely working.

The first room I was given had a terrible cigarette smell (it was a non-smoking room), the second one was clean. I made a reservation for a room with a kitchen, paid extra for it yet neither room had it. The bottom of the stairs was full of dog feces, the smell was terrible since it was so hot and it gives a really dirty look to the motel. On positive note, the staff was very pleasant!!

We had to move rooms due to a leak in the ceiling. The second room smelled strongly of marijuana. Third room was fine. All were clean. Staff was nice.

The property had roaches everywhere. We found so many in our room we took our bags to the car. There was sweat stains on the sheets that made it appear like they werent clean between customers.

We only stayed one night. Check-in was very easy, but the floor was not very clean. There was no towels in the room, but walked to the office and they gave me some. It was ok for one night for the price and location.

It was close to the Harbor walk. We booked for a week because we could not get into the place we wanted. There were no dressers so we literally had to open our suitcases everyday. Our door did not shut good so we never had to use our key and just hoped no one walked in while we were gone. It was very dirty and outdated. NOTHING like the pics. The only good thing I can say is the location was ok.

Worst 2 night stay ever!!

Upon entering the front office a resident/customer was walking out with a broom and dust pan a gentleman a few doors down from us complained about his toilet being stopped up and went get a plunger.(which didn’t help). Housekeeper also works front desk. Stayed 2 nights and was never offered clean linen, towels, or tissue, and trash was not picked up outside of door. Tub was dirty with hair in it and towel that was draped on the tub had hair on it as well. Floors weren’t swept, holes on the bottom of the wall had bugs coming in the room. Was charged almost 400$ for a room that wasn’t worth it.. Bed was hard as hell and pillows were flat, very uncomfortable 2 night stay! I wouldn’t recommend y’all to anyone. Please do better!!
