Been coming to this location for years off and on for a staycation. Never had any major issues that weren’t quickly fixed. This stay was kind of disappointing the pool wasn’t working. Staff were great and the room was clean.

Room was neglected and staff support was unprofessional and inadequate. My concerns as a customer were completely ignored by staff and management. My experience was terrible to say the least as I did not enjoy my stay and even received bodily injury without proper compensation. A very humiliating and disgusting experience.
