The tub was so slippery I thought I was going to fall and break my neck every time I took a shower. Pool and hot tub were so cloudy we were afraid to get In. Heating in it made a horrible noise the entire time we were there and was never addressed after brought to front desk attention. Disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Staff was very courteous. Good location, restaurants, banks, gas stations etc nearby. Southfield Mi is generally a good area. The room was clean and nice. I was not a fan of the drapes, could be updated and i dont like how they dont go all the way across the window, they stop in the middle on both sides and there's a sheer curtain in the middle, so u have to pull the shade down 4 privacy which makes the room a little dark. The comforters were a little frayed and the newer heating systems shut the heat off when set on auto, and if it goes above the auto temp thats set, the air comes on to cool it back to the set temp. I was not a fan of the back and forth, my body was off and on hot and cold in the winter. But again overall, definitely a nice place to stay.

The hotel decided to close the pool for the day and it was not clear to me why. But regardless I said to them that you have a sign saying that if you are not completely 100% satisfied speak to us and we will make it right. So I spoke to them and i said that I came with my kids and we specifically came here because you had a pool and now we were not even able to use the pool and that’s the whole reason why we went to your hotel and not to a cheap hotel. They did not do anything but they said the hotel will contact me. They did not contact me so I called them back and they put me through to the manager voicemail and I left a message and they still have not gotten back to me and it doesn’t seem like they will . Therefore I left them a two star review because if you have signs all around the hotel saying that if you don’t feel 100% satisfied they will make it right and then they don’t, that I feel is not right.
