It was a good stay except. Hotels.com advertised there is a hottub. But the new owners took it out. We would of stayed somewhere else if we would of known. Tried to move to different hotel for our second night. But hotels.com wouldn't let us.

We booked an accessibility room for my mother and it really wasn't helpful. The bed was so high she had trouble getting in it. There also weren't enough places to sit with the bed so high.

I am very disappointed in the experience that I jad with this hotel and the staff. I booked a room for my two children age 5 and 7 years old my husband and myself for us tohave a ni e valentine's day/night. My kids were looking forward to staying the night and going swimming as well as my husband and myself, my kids were extremely excited I booked the room on the 13th of February and paid $152 for the room which was taken out if my bank account right away. On the 14th we packed our bags and drove all the way to Farmington Hills upon arrival I walked in with my kids and my husband to check in and when we walked in to check in I was told that our reservation was for the 14th of February and checking out on the 14th. I would of NEVER booked a room for the 13th of February and paid $152 & not of shown up. I dont have that kind of money to just open a window and throw $152 away more importantly my two young children were very disappointed and let down. The woman at the front desk said there was nothing she could do and the ONLY WAY WE COULD STAY WAS PAY ANOTHER $152 & then she could get us another room. I tried calling headquarters and they said I had to talk to a manager which thats who I was told I was speaking to on the 14th of February when we arrived and tried checking inn. To say I am very disappointed and disgusted that she seen it was a mistake and how disappointed my kids were and tried charging us another $152 to stay, &they had plenty of rooms. NEVER REFUNDED!!!

Birthday weekend get-a-way

It was a great weekend! Hotel was a little dirtier than expected- like if the previous people were screwin on the window- I don’t want to see homegirls greasy face print😭💀 other than that it was a great breakfast! Great bar! Warm pool and nice workout area!:) will definitely come back!!

Booked due to pool and hot tub. We were disappointed that they were closed the day we arrived. Fortunately the poor reopened the next morning but hot tub was out of service. Hotel was okay. Room wasn’t the cleanest but everything was adequate.
