ROOMS AND STAFF GOOD. Customers not so much

The rooms were good, the staff amazing. But the guests were running around half dressed with no shoes and socks. One group tried to fight us and made comments about my double Mastectomy and were NOT asked to leave. They pre charged us for a night despite us saying we were checking in late paying cash. They didnt tell us breakfast hours were different on different days so we missed a breakfast. The fridge froze $40 of food. Overall, wasted a lot of our money.

Just disappointed

Well our first room was still dirty. Well the second room was great except the water in the tub was luke warm when turner all the way turned to hot and the sink was slow to drain. The air conditioner barely blew cold.

The sheets and blankets were all ripped up which was very tacky. Our feet kept getting stuck in holes which was extremely trashy. There was a weird red stain all over the bathroom which I could only assume was something repulsive. Every single time we went to open our door, the keycard was not active. When I told the lady at the front desk she told me that "it always happens with phones and cards and such" Which is not entirely true seeing as how I've never had this problem at other hotels. I could hear everyone around us moving in their rooms and when people talked in the hallways it was as if they were next to me. Seems like the owners are cutting corners running a cheap hotel and charging for mediocrity. Will absolutely never stay again or refer anyone to this location.

Gives motel

This hotel has really went down . It used to be my favorite place to stay a couple yrs ago however it has because so poor. Everything is dirty. Sheets , covers towels , pillows walls floors everything has a stain even the new sheets they bring up have stains . When I checked the bed and pulled back my covers there was a huge yellow stain in the sheets. The beds need to be changed they are sunken in or wrinkled you can tell they’re old . They are always in the middle of washing towels the rooms don’t have the appropriate amount if towels because they never have any last time I went there were no rags in my room. Just really disappointed in the quality of this hotel now
