Everything about this hotel was great! Only thing we found wrong was there was a unknown bug by the bathroom door. The manager gave us a 50 dollars credit and offered us for another room. We just stayed in the same room because it wasn't like it was bed bugs on the bed or something.

Very nice place to stay and enjoy a night of gambling with friends. The only two things I would suggest they change are having the restaurants open by 2:00pm instead of 5:00pm and cleaning the hallway carpet. The carpet in our room was fine but the hallways were filthy with many stains. If you open your restaurants earlier people can enjoy a good sit down meal before heading to concerts or events at the Little Caesars Arena instead of leaving the casino to go get a good meal or eating a sandwich at your cafeteria across from the restaurants.

While hotel staff, room were good. We stopped at casino after red wing game to get a glass of wine. We ordered 2 Chardonnays. The server proceeded to fill our glasses from 2 completely different named bottles of wine & then a third to empty bottles in his cooler. This wouldn’t have been a problem if it was the same vineyard/name on bottles. But, found it very unprofessional to mix wines. When we questioned him, he said it’s all Chardonnay.
