Room neglected! Charged me an extra 4.00 fee. The elevator has not worked for weeks and it is not listed or displayed nowhere on the app or inside the facility or on the elevator door inside the elevator or out. Because we push the button elevator would open and close but didn't go anywhere and we all continued to come to the front desk to ask does it work only to find out it didn't and the front desk person never told you that at check-in. It smells horrible and like roach spray. Bath tub so dirty it looks like it never was cleaned out. Toilet sit looks like it was never cleaned off. The bedding sheets comforter pillows couch refrigerator and air conditioner all nasty dirty spots everywhere sticky smelly and floors hallways sticky dirty everywhere unclean and unsanitary unsanitized cups of coffee sitting on the stairs lobby entrance dirty nasty...it looks like people live here and smells that way...it also looks like drugs are delivered here from what I saw on the parking lot and advised the front desk. It looks like a very scary place that you tell people they can't get your money back after booking. This place is disgusting and should never be booked or on your sight so many customer came and left once they came inside. You should be ashame to rent this place out to anyone. The people here all look homeless and make you feel unsafe constantly going in and out there hotel room chasing a high. I want my mom back because I could not shower and slept in my clothes no parking

Holy crap this place was DISGUSTING!!! We checked in and could tell it was the nicest but walking to our room there was garbage all over the hallways and bloody towels in the hallway outside our room. We opened our door and my husband told me not to even look at the toilet because it is so gross and then we looked at the bed and it had stains all over it and the pillow cases were so stained and gross. Then we could hear the couple in the room next door screaming at each other and just felt unsafe. We felt like we couldn't even breathe because everything was so disgusting. We obviously didn't stay. I told the front desk working we were not expecting things to be so disgusting and left and went to a Holiday Inn

The room was fine. There were no issues to speak of. I prepaid for my room online, but I was charged again at check in. I told the front desk I had prepaid, and I showed him my receipt. He insisted that I had not paid and that it was possibly a preauthorization. I called and spoke with the hotel manager the following day and was promptly refunded the payment I made at check in. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.
