We had to attend a funeral and when we checked in, we were given (Rm 112). We quickly brought in our luggage and left to meet family. Upon our return after 10PM for the evening to sleep, we found that our door was unable to be secured by the deadbolt or the latch (which was not there at all). The bathroom ceiling also had a large patch of mold on it from a water leak. The blanket smelled very musty and dirty. Overall, it was a bust and we will NOT stay there again. When I checked out the next morning, as we did not want to stay there another night, I was informed that I would need to talk to Expedia about any refund of money. They would do nothing to help us.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They couldn’t answer my questions about my room change (due to a pipe breaking) and price difference to be refunded as the other room was more expensive. The room was very poorly put together and I’m glad I was hardly in it.

I didn't like that in the bathroom, when I turned on the light, there was a roach crawling on the floor. The shower curtain did not reach the floor in the walk in shower so there was water all over the floor which I had to place towels on the floor to sop up the water. The bed was sunken in and uncomfortable. The total experience was disgusting and uncomfortable. I checked out 2 days early. Ew!

Cheap and affordable but could have been worse

Other then the door looking as if it had been kicked in peveoly and the two drain stuck closed it was ok I guess could have had USB charger or something the shower water was extremely cold the third floor was quite other than people running up and down the hallway all night long

Safe, clean, run down

The housekeeper was wonderful. The place was very clean. However, the maintenance is lacking. Painting doesn't actually fix things. The bed springs were about a decade past needing to be replaced. The whole place smelled of weed. We had to wash our hands if we touched the walls or else our hands would smell of weed. The location did feel safe.
