I didn’t even get to stay here at all. Showed up a little after midnight after a long day and nobody was there at the desk. The sign said pick up the phone and dial 500. So I did. The lady on the other end, after I told her we were here to check in said…. “We don’t have anybody to check you in.” I said we travelled a ways to get here. She said we just don’t have anyone rudely. No sorry. No empathy. Absolutely absurd.

Drove down to the area to attend a show. Briefly stayed one night. Obviously didn't spend much time in the room as I was that an event. The building was well put together and clean. The finishes, furniture, vending, and equipment was all in good shape and relatively modern. My room was clean. The heating and cooling system worked well. There were no funky smells. It is just the basics but that's what you get for the price which was my biggest qualifier for booking a hotel close to the venue I was attending. There is a need for improvement on the staffing front. The few brief encounters I had with staff were pleasant but there's very few of them and they are not there very often so it's kind of a fend for yourself situation. I had to leave before anybody was going to be on the schedule for the day to check me out as checkout was at 11:00 and staff would not arrive until 10:00 a.m. . I was worried I would be double charged since I wasn't able to check out with a tangible person in the moment but all seems to be well. I would stay at this property again.

Our room had an awful fried fish and smoke smell. Also I overheard a conversation when I was checking in about someone complaining there was a bug in their room so I was nervous the whole time. It was unsettling to say the least.

Staff was nice, room was ok. The floor in the room seemed dirty. I pulled a hair definitely not mine out of the "clean" wash cloth. The elevator was broken. The halls were clean when we got there. When we returned after our concert there was thick mud from boots and probably a whole container of blueberries spilled on the hall floor. Beds seemed clean enough.

The very first day of staying there the power went out had no power for over four hours doing the power outage. The smoke detector goes off out of nowhere. One of the associates of the establishment comes there and accuses us of smoking no smoking going on extend to stay three more days, lose power again no apologies no refunds no coming to check on you to see if you were OK during the power outages no customers service when needed not a good experience

The only negative I have is that the elevator stopped working after my first day there. It was a little inconvenient to bring my stuff down via stairs when i discharged. I was on 4th floor

The room was clean, staff was nice but the elevator was broke and I had to make many trips up and down the 4th floor to the car and I had two dogs. They should've offered a discount for the inconvenience. Another disappointment was they don't offer military discount.
