Uusittu huoneisto aivan Dillon-järven rannalla ja lähellä monia hiihtokeskuksia (Keystone, Arapahoe-allas, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain ja enemmän).
Tarjolla on niin paljon aktiviteetteja ympäri vuoden rinteiltä lyömisestä melontaan, melontaan ja pyöräilyyn - et tule pettymään.

Tietoja paikasta:
Ota lyhyt portaat yksikköä kohti - jaa pääsisäänkäynti toisen huoneiston kanssa. Avaimeton sisäänkäynti molemmille oville. Ota portaat yläyksikköön (vasen ovi). Lähes kaikki uusittiin. Kävelet olohuoneessa, jossa on täydellinen keittiö. 60 "LED-TV kaapeli-HD-paketilla, netflix, amazon prime. Ilmainen WIFI on saatavilla. Mukava vuodesohva on saatavana lisätilaa varten. Uudet keittiönkaapit, työtaso, saari, lattia ... Keittiössä on kaikkea mitä tarvitset, jos haluat tehdä ruokaa tai vain nauttia kupin kahvia. Erittäin suuri turhamaisuus ylimitoitetulla peilillä johtaa kylpyhuoneeseen. Uusi laattalattia, suihkupää, wc ... Makuuhuoneessa on täysi queen-vuode pimennetyillä verhoilla. Todennäköisesti paras ominaisuus on näkymä parvekkeelta. Nauti vuorijono ja järvinäköala.

Tietoja naapurustosta:
Kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista (Mopsi Ryans, Arapahoe-kahvila ja pubi Down, keilahalli ...), usean mailin ajomatka vie Dam-panimoon, Red Mountain Grilliin, ruokakauppaan City Marketiin, ostoskeskuksiin. Helppo pääsy Dillon-järven venesatamaan. Lähellä ilmaisia Summit Stage -bussipysäkkejä.

Tietoja pysäköinnistä:
Pysäköi laitteen edessä. Se on ensin tullutta palvella -palvelu. Varmista, että näytät pysäköintiluvan, joka jää laitteeseen. Jos pysäköintitilaa ei ole saatavissa huviklubirakennuksissa, lähin pysäköinti on 1/4 mailin päässä Pug Ryans -panimon lähellä. Kartta toimitetaan.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Dillon Reservoir. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Clean and a great view!

Condo was clean with a great view of Dillon reservoir! No complaints about our stay just be aware the entrance has a lot of stairs and you do share an entrance door with the neighboring condo. Would be great for families, couples, or a group wanting to have a weekend away at the lake!

Excellent Space

We stayed at Remi's property for a concert at the amphitheater and it was perfect. The home was well stocked with nearly everything we needed to make our meals. The WiFi signal was excellent for working remotely (on the balcony, of course), and the TV allowed us to catch up on our shows after a day of adventure. The location is amazing for walking to almost everything we did, to include the concert, kayaking/paddleboarding, and restaurants/pubs. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect location

We stayed here to attend a concert at Dillon Amphitheatre! It was the perfect walk to the venue and the place met all of our needs and was exactly as advertised. Would definitely return to this property!

Great Condo in Dillon

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location, especially the view of the lake. Cooking essentials were provided and we had everything we needed to make meals. Contact with Remi was easy and fast.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable and convenient tiny condo. Enjoyed the balcony and lake view. Two sets of stairs to enter, should be noted for the less agile.

The View 😍

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, well furnished, and felt like home. I could sit on the balcony all day, the view is truly spectacular. We only had one instance where there were not enough parking spaces, so we parked a few blocks away, waited an hour until a space opened up, then went and got the car. This condo is in a safe neighborhood and it was a great opportunity for a walk. I will definitely be checking the availability of this condo the next time we visit Dillon.

Comfy cozy

Great for two adults. You could sleep two more in the living room, but the bathroom and kitchen are small. Great deck off the living room, overlooking Lake Dillon; my spent a lot of time out there. Part of a larger condo/apartment complex, which I wasn’t expecting, but we came off-season, so there were no issues. Spent little time in Dillon; went to Leadville for a day (had a great time!) and a half day in Breckinridge, which was our plan. The drives in the area were beautiful, easy and without incident. Owner was easy to work with, very accommodating and easy to work with. Remodeling was happening on the outside of the complex, which was not really an issue, but for parking; he was concerned about our comfort with that, however, and left us a bottle of wine(he knew it was our 40th anniversary!) very kind and thoughtful. Very comfortable place to stay for two nights, but we were out and about and mostly just slept there.

Great place, great view!

This place was fantastic! The views are just incredible & the unit is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Its been updated very nicely. The outside building is undergoing renovations which is very much needed but the unit is fabulous. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A Great Place to Spend a Long Weekend

My girlfriend and I stayed here for memorial day weekend and had a great trip. Checking in and checking out was painless. Personally we had no issue finding a parking space. Scenery off the balcony is amazing, I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family!

Relaxing stay.

While the building is older, the unit was updated and decorated nicely. Queen bed was super comfortable! Cute little kitchen that was well-stocked with staples. While May is a slow time for Dillon, we enjoyed walking along the waterfront, enjoying the views from the unit and hiking a nearby trail. The local restaurants offered great food and friendly staff.

The condo was perfect. Clean and everything as expected. My complaint is with parking. Just make sure you get there early and not too late on a Friday night. Maybe the past weekend was just a really busy weekend since I didn't see any other negative reviews concerning parking. I will say the owner did the best he could to address the situation.
