When I arrived at the front desk, I waited for a long time for a front desk clerk to check me in. No one came, so I had to call the front desk to get someone to assist me. They were in the dinning area chatting and eating. Then I was upset about the amenities. Online, the hotel boasted of their pool. The pool was out of order. I ended up checking out early because I wanted to enjoy the hotels pool with my family traveling from out of town. Since we could not do that, we left.

We didn’t stay and had to get a different motel. The door to our room wouldn’t latch closed and they didn’t have any other rooms. The linen was stained as well. The staff was rude. We want a refund.

Room was good, my complaints are that the pool and hot tub were down. Unfortunately it was a very busy weekend due to wrestling tournament. So I couldn't get upgraded to a Jacuzzi room. And hotels in the area were booked. I feel like I got cheated big time.

The room was awful. Big hole in a wall, the tub was patched, the sink was leaking. For the price I’ve always have had good accommodations. This room was low rate.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Did have issues with HVAC/ thermostat which ran continously for 3-5 minutes before emitting a horrendous grinding nose as it shut down, then restarted a new cycle 5-10 minutes later. Made sleep difficult.

The hot tub did not work when I stayed at this location. The pool room was gross and there was mold growing everywhere. Blythe bathrooms in the rooms were not kept up very well.

Really a poor quality, run down hotel. Dated, dingy, sloppy, and disappointing. Even the toaster and cereal dispenser were defective. Door on room had to be forced opened and closed because it rubbed in the floor. Pool was small and icky. TV remote didn’t work right. Tub was disgusting, and the paint and caulking was terrible. Even the clothes hook on the bathroom door was mounted crooked. Plugged toilet and no plunger. Chair was a joke. Construction debris everywhere! Never again.

The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We travel back home to put flowers on our parents/other relatives graves so come before each holiday. This was by far the BEST breakfast we have had and we change where we stay each trip back.

First impression was this is not worth $150 a night. First room A/c didn’t cool. It was nice we got moved and upgrade but the halls and bathroom need desperate upgrades. We didn’t feel very clean for a $150 room.

Toilet flush handled was broken and sharp. TV monitor had unsightly repair work. Bright neighboring store sign could not be blocked due to a lack of curtains. Number on door was crooked. Breakfast--many gnats hovered around spout on milk pitcher Parking lot needs resurfacing and looked unkept. Rubber rug was crooked and deteriorating. Staff were friendly. Mattress was great. Would not recommend this particular hotel. Not worth the price.
