At check in I asked to use a card not on my app and they still charge that card. Got to our room and the gap was so bad you could see light through it, outside noise was so bad I thought the windows were open and our bath tub had a weak spot in the middle that looked like it had been fixed and didn’t hold up. Oh and no in room coffee pot

I did not even stay at the hotel because I felt uncomfortable with the other guests and how dirty the hotel felt. I had to book another hotel off of Expedia and spend more money. I will never book at a Red Roof again.
