We stayed at the Sheraton the walk for 4 nights and they gave us an upgraded room which was superb, all the staff were caring and profesional , from the friendly cleaners to the front desk team. I stayed at Sheraton, The Walk one full week with my family and our experience is only positive. The staff was very pleasant and caring, the cleanliness is top class, the breakfast was amazing every morning but I wish they had a little more variety in foods, overall it was very good.
