Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my hotel checkout. I requested assistance with my luggage as I wasn’t feeling well. Considering I had five suitcases and had stayed for a month, I expected some support. Unfortunately, I was left to handle the situation on my own, while two receptionists (both men) observed without offering any help.

Breakfast was horrible I ordered cheeseburger for linch and I got food poisoning and the only thing fromt desk did to sent a doctor that she said will cost 450 durham after doctor came they charged me 4500 durham This hotel is toral acam

Good property, Bad customer service

Location was good. Property was clean and tidy. The customer service put me off. The front desk employee require a lot of training prior being placed there. We were greeted with no smile. Very transactional during check-in. During check out i requested for a cab as I didnt have a local number to use. I was told to walk to the next property with my luggage and ask for a cab. Not helpful in my opinion. The property offers bare minimum facilities e.g. no hotel slippers, no dental kit (unless requested) I had initially booked for 2 nights. However my flight timing got changed at the last hour and I had to leave early. I requested hotels.com credit for the 2nd night. Refused. Although the location is good, I would not return to this property.
