Landmark Plaza is a fabulous address whilst in Dubai - opp. Baniyas Station, it's really a landmark with easy access after a long exhausting day exploring the city. The rooms are clean and the space is well lit & hygienic.

The Hotel is much dated and, worse, with no maintenance. Furniture is mostly damaged; electrical wires are joined by tape, even in the shower!!! The flushing of the WC broke and with my utmost surprise the connecting piece was joint by tape !!! The tap in the shower was leaking badly!! At breakfast the food was of very poor quality. This hotel is worth no more of 30€/night and they charge 100-120€. The owner should at least spend more in maintenance.
