I have stayed at the Park regis Kris Kin many times previously as it is centrally located for business meetings and has excellent access to the Burjuman Metro station. I have always been pleased with the quality of the rooms, the service and the extensive range of breakfast avaliable. Staff have always been friendly, rooms are clean and hotel is well maintained. A great choice for business and families.

The air conditioning in Suite 1801 was not working properly. Despite calling the reception multiple times, the maintenance team only provided a temporary fix, which worked for a short while before stopping again. Additionally, the key card frequently stopped working. Each time, I had to go down to the reception to get it reactivated, which was extremely inconvenient—especially during the night. The breakfast dress code was unnecessarily strict. Expecting guests to dress formally for breakfast is unreasonable—this is a vacation, not a board meeting. Overall, these repeated issues caused significant discomfort and inconvenience during my stay.

Rooms are fine BUT the biggest problem i faced in my recent 2 stays in Nov was Breakfast - too too croweded. if you are there on 19th floor by 8.30 am you can have bfast comfortably BUT after that its a drama, then go to M floor which is useless spread. Hotels location is good that whay i stayed there but next time will try Hilton by DT in front of this.

The staff were very welcoming and polite, but the hotel itself is old and has an unpleasant smell throughout. The breakfast was awful, and there was poor ventilation with a lot of smoke in the restaurant—so much so that the fire alarm went off several times while people were eating. The smell clings to your clothes after having breakfast, and you end up needing to change. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The Breakfast Service was fully occupied one morning and I was told that the same menu is avail on the Mezzanine level. When I got there only a partial menu was available and I was expexted to sit at the same table as othe families. Not happy considering how much I paid.

Good selection of buffet breakfast, all the staff are amazing from reception to housekeeping, we were particularly looked after by the following staff during breakfast, Karolin, Elvira, Twinide, Hemant, Ravishka. But all deserved recognition for their hardwork throughout our stay at the hotel
