A/C was broken, refrigerator was nasty and leaking so bad I almost slipped and fell, the bed next to the window had a piece of the head board broken. I took pictures and showed the lady at the front desk. I didn't even stay 30 minutes after checking in and she assured me that I'd be refunded my money but it's been a week and they still charged me. I will not be going back to stay there again. I was in room 320.
