The staff was great. Unfortunately, my 12-yr old son found unidentified crusty stuff on the white comforter. He has been obsessed about the grossness an. All the lights didn't work or the dishwasher. Voices from another room came through the heating vent late into the night and early the next day. There were no towels at the pool. Parking was across a very busy street without a crosswalk in front of the hotel.

Out Check In Person was very helpful and very nice. Our room however was not ready by the 4pm check-in. The breakfast also was okay. I would not recommend the eggs however as they were very chunky. The room was nice but industrial. likes the extra room in the suite.

Can't beat the location and price was competitive. Bathrooms were newly remodeled and everything else was kinda gross. For example, upon check in, there was food under the bed from the previous guest and there was a large wad of toilet paper (like a spitball) stuck to the ceiling).
