Studiohuoneistossamme (Gambel Oak Unit 761) on täydellinen keittiö, yksi täysi kylpyamme modernilla päivityksillä ja oma terassi. Näkymät Glacier Clubin golfkentälle ja vertaansa vailla olevat näkymät ympäröiville San Juan -vuorille. Vieraat voivat pelata golfkenttää.

Kauniisti päivitetty huoneisto! Ominaisuuksissa mukava queen-vuode, nahkasohva, sähkötakka. Nauti kotiruoista täydessä keittiössä. Täysi kylpy suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Siellä on ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 4 henkilöä. Taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin. Pinottava pesukone / kuivausrumpu condo avuksesi. Takakansi, jossa runsaasti istuimia ja sähkögrilli. Upea näköala!

Siellä on myös talvihiihtobussiliikenne, joka lähtee klo 9.55 ja palaa puhdistuksesta klo 16.05.

Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. Peruutukset tai muutokset, jotka johtavat lyhentyneeseen oleskeluun ja jotka tehdään 45 päivän kuluessa saapumispäivästä, menettävät koko varauksen summan, kun taas peruutukset, jotka tehtiin yli neljäkymmentäviisi (45) päivää ennen saapumistasi, menettävät vain 300 dollarin maksu suoritettu varauksen yhteydessä. Pysy kanssamme ja tarjoamme alennuksia sekä kesä- (koskenlaskuretket, ratsastus jne.) Että talvella (suksien / lumilautojen vuokraus, rekiretket, moottorikelkkaretket jne.).
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cliffs at Tamarron. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi sisäuima-altaan, kuntosalin ja baarin. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great Location. Tamarron is 20 minutes from town and close to many hiking trails. We have been coming to Durango for 10 years and love the town and area.The condo was not very nice. We ended up washing all of the dishes, glassware and pots and pans before using. They were filthy. We were baking a dish in the oven and the smoke alarm went off. The oven had not been cleaned in ages. The bedding was old and odd....blanket and sheets threadbare and the comforter was very, very heavy (like a weighted blanket). There were plenty of bath towels and the bath was clean. The drains were very slow.The couch which is supposed to act as a bed smelled as if someone very sweaty had slept there multiple time. The blankets there were disgusting. The sleeping loft has been proclaimed off limits.A major disappointment for our two week stay!

Broken washer.

There was a note on the washer that said it was broken. And it said that the maintenance had been notified. It was very unfortunate because I needed to wash my clothes.

My Experience

We really liked this resort and the setting is beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Being a one bedroom, a king size bed may work better. Also, a welcome packet of coffee would have been nice too; have always had that at other VRBO’s. When being the second one to take a shower, there could be a little more hot water and definitely a shower mat for the tub as it was slippery when wet. Aside from the minor things, it was a Great condo! Very warm and cozy.

Durango vacation

Very nice property by the golf course. Nice and quiet which was a plus as we were there over Memorial Day weekend. The pool was never crowded and the condo itself was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Durango Ski weekend

Beautiful condo, great location. Everything was clean and it looks exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the fireplace, the views and so nice to have a full kitchen.

Family trip

We had a great time with our two little ones on this trip. The kids loved the amenities like the indoor pool, my husband enjoyed the gym, and we all enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. It’s a 20 minute quick trip into Durango for anything you need and the VRBO is well stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The stairs are definitely steep but that is told ahead of time and it wasn’t an issue. The host was very kind and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Stay and location was good. Cleaning could have been better. Spider webs in windows, lights and corners. Patio had not been swept or chairs wiped down or table wiped down. Far end of sofa had arm separating from back so we made a point to not use that side. Dust on headboard was thick enough to write my name in it, so I cleaned it. And the closet nearest bathroom had an awe full smell like poop or really bad stinking feet. Left door open trying to air out but that did not work. Took clothes out and put back in suitcase for entire visit. Other than that, our stay was good! And I spite of the few issues, we would stay again! PS. I have pictures of everything. If you would like them.

Will be back!

Our stay was over spring break, with 2 teens. Very pleased with accommodations and the community pool, hot tub, sauna. The golf coarse was covered in snow, but would definitely play it in season. Location to slopes very convenient and distance to Durango not far. Rode ski shuttle to slopes which was perfect because parking at slopes full. We ate out every night in Durango. Did not eat at community restaurant. Quiet community and very peaceful.

Great Experience

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience in the Durango area. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Wild turkeys and deer were regulars outside the patio deck which was really cool. Being able to walk the golf cart path in the evening was a great way to see the scenery and get some good exercise. This unit will be a definite repeat visit in the future

Nice property

Our stay was good. Lots of noise form the people staying above us. One night until 1:00AM. We had to leave on Saturday 8/14 due to a death in the family. Overall our stay was good. We will return next year but rent a larger unit.

So relaxing

This property is immaculate. Very well-appointed. We spent so much time on the deck just looking at the mountains and enjoying the cool, mountain air. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is great. I cooked a few meals and had everything I needed in the condo. Will definitely return!

It was nice for a couple. We were close to skiing and not too far from dining and shopping in Durango. We ate at the resturant there one night and it was very good and the people there were very friendly.

Durango Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as described. The property is located about halfway between Durango and Silverton, great for seeing both areas. Excellent base camp for all of our day trips into the colorful fall mountains. Overlooking the golf course, we enjoyed our daily morning flock of turkey visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

This was a great condo for my husband and I. We loved the location. Close enough to Durango, but set apart from crowds. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views of the mountains from the porch. Maybe a few things (pot holders, kitchen towels, crock pot) could be added to kitchen. Would love to stay here again.
