Hot tub was nice and warm. Pool was good temp Room was good. Shower faucet leaking. Entery Side door - would be nice for another set of doors to help keep cold out. Walking down hall to pool was very cold. Towels in pool area ran out. 6:45 am came to breakfast needed to be restocked. Almost everything was gone. After asking they did restock - took extra 5-10 min. Overall ok stay.

The pool area was nice. The room had no heat and it was negative temps outside. The tv would not connect to the internet, and the shade wouldn’t work to, so everyone could see in our room. When I asked for a new room, was told all of their rooms were dirty. Was provided small space heater for heat, but ended up leaving as it was not enough.

The staff was fine n room was clean. Unfortunately as far as the heat in the room it was not ok. If i didnt have my heating pad and my own blanket I would of been pretty cold. The room finally started warming up in the morning. The thing didnt shut off not once throught the evening through the night.
