The hotel is very nice. I always stress when parking overnight in Edmonton. Great staff. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years; however we both found the beds in our room to be uncomfortable.

Staff at the front desk were great to deal with, assisted with the parking and made our check-in quite simple. Had an excellent river view room, which we'd requested. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edmonton!

Wifi was not working properly, bed was uncomfortable for me and our room didn’t have a fridge and microwave, had to call front desk. But it was clean, the view was nice. That’s all that mattered to me honestly

Front desk staff was very friendly amd check in was smooth and quick. We had booked on the concierge floor so enjoyed a little cocktail hour over looking the river valley. We did not partake in the included breakfast. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Walkable to so many downtown venues, or short walk to transit. One of our favorite downtown hotels, and the cincierge floor elevates the stay

This hotel needs a major upgrade. Really showing its age. Took 5 attempts to enter room. Door card never did work. Staff had to let me in, promised door would be fixed when I went out for dinner. Late evening still not fixed and maintenance had to open door for me. Bed comfortable but poor choice of bed linens quality. Top sheet too short. Unfortunately am booked to stay again end of the month.

Staff was excellent. Location is handy for downtown. You are getting what you pay for as rooms are dated but still clean. Not necessarily set up for business trips as there are no desks or USB power outlets in anybof the rooms.

This was third time staying here, and it is very consistent. I always stay on the concierge floor and the added perks and more recently renovated rooms make it worth it for sure. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming!

This is without doubt one of the worst experiences of my life. The room was hot as hell. No way to adjust temperature. Was never told that you had to stay a minimum of 3 nights to get clean towels, bed made, etc! I will never stay at this dive ever again!!!

No a/c was working so the room was over 20C all night. We never slept. Told front desk and could not care less. Room was not cleaned well. Plastic drinking glasses. No bottle of water. For a hotel in downtown Edmonton they should have much better services. This is what I would expect from a motel/hotel low end chain.

It is not bad, but the sheets did not fit the bed. I woke up on the mattress pad. Not happy. When I went to the front desk to tell them, she started to tell me that they do not clean your room. I had to raise my voice to say the sheets don’t fit and are too small. They did very quickly correct this. I felt they were under staffed. They were definitely understaffed in the cafe for breakfast one person on and only half the restaurant was available for seating. I felt sorry for the only person working. This was not the best experience we will not stay here again.

Someone was smoking pot at the front entrance when we arrived. I realize this is legal but surely security could have asked them to move further away so we didn't smell it in the lobby. The hotel is in poor condition. Will never stay there again.
