We have stayed at three different properties along Stoney Plain Road in the last 6 months. This is the best of the three although I'm not sure there are any really good hotels in this part of Edmonton. Hotel was clean enough. Morning breakfast offers more than most if you can stand the circus of kids and parents. We did not get our room services. The reason was a 'do not disturb' sign that really says' Later would be better'. We had left our room at 10:30 in the morning and did not return until 6:00. The excuse for no service was thin. No compensation was offered. When checking out of the hotel this morning, they didn't ask how was your stay; rather it was' your all good to go'. I guess my credit card went through. This place is okay if you don't expect much

The room accommodated our family of two adults and three children quite nicely with two queens and a fold-out couch and playpen with room to spare! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean. It would be great if there were life jackets for small ones so bring one if you need it. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Please check beds and sofa bed in Room 622. Not sure if it’s bed bug but my legs are having itchiness on both lower part of my legs. I have 2 separate bookings for this Rm 622, May 29 to 31 and May 31 -Jube 1. On May 31st morning I requested room service but instead they only put new set of towels . I clearly stated I want room service too instead of just bring new sets of towels and when we can be back we have towels but room was as is. No cleaning at all. Thank you.
