The room was fine, good value for money. It's a bit noisy as the walls are thin and the flooring is hard not carpeted so you hear a lot of noise from other guests.

Even though the hotel was recently renovated, the actual renovation work was very poor quality. Lots of paint drops on the floor, missing base boards, grout work was poor, walls were dirty, etc. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Sound travels quite easily between rooms. Could hear a child through the walls from the room next to us.

Staff wouldn’t listen when we told them we pre checked in online. The guy was very arrogant commented that it was common sense for them to take a deposit upon arrival. But I tried to explain to him that we already paid a deposit when we checked in online. They ended up double charging us, he didn’t even apologize.

Clean rooms and newly renovated, service was great. Only things not great was the bathroom plug in didn’t work, room was small and noisy- could hear hallway noise and other rooms slamming shut. Location is also not ideal

For the price, I feel like you can't go wrong, however the neighboring properties are very run down, dirty and smelly. Does have a couple fast food options right across the street, and a nice lobby, but the rooms are very dated and any updates done are a handyman special..... Can't open the bathroom vanity if the bathroom door is open, microwave doesn't open because tile is too close to the hinges etc.

The walls are so thin you can hear the person next door blowing their nose. The walls are painted in two different tones of grey, pencil marks on walls and poorly put together baseboards. The furniture is too big and takes up too much of the room space, it’s hard to move around in your room and bathroom. There was garbage in the floor when we arrive and spills on the floor. For the price we paid it was fine but probably won’t book again
