When the front manager heard it was our anniversary, he found us a much better room than the one I had reserved (which I'm sure was great as well). The room was phenomenal. The view from it was brilliant. We woke to a beautiful Texas sunrise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at every turn. We wanted for nothing.

Everything was good, just takes a long time to get elevator for the 12 th floor. Wish the stairs were labeled as 2nd option for those that don’t mind the exercise.

When I initially booked, I had left specific notes that it was my wedding day; & that I would have a hotel room filled with photographers, videographers, hair & makeup artists etc. I asked for parking passes to accommodate my vendors. The day I checked in I asked for the passes and they said I couldn’t get any. It was frustrating because I know other brides have received the passes, hence why I booked this specific hotel over all the other choices I had in the first place. It complicated my wedding day, as everyone had to arrive hours earlier due to no parking anywhere. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from this hotel.
