Beautiful, quaint 3 acre cottage with 400’ of river frontage right on the Boquet River. Local restaurants, golf course, museum, hiking, boating. Ferry and bridge to Vermont easy access. Lake Placid 1/2 hour away. Nestled in the town of Elizabethtown, the county seat. Lake Champlain is 10 minutes away for boating or swimming. Or just relax by the river in our hammock next to the fire. BBQ grill waiting for some fresh caught brook trout caught right out the front door. ADK Cozy Cottage is the place to be. Relax and unwind.

The thermostat is on the wall next to the hallway. Because we are so close to the river, water conservancy is vital as our septic is small.
We don't charge a cleaning so please leave the cottage clean. Do not leave greasy dishes and pans.
Any damages are the responsibility of guests.
