This property seems very run-down. Our room had a 2nd bedroom, this room did not get any heat, the deadbolt of the door to the outside did not lock, and the king bed was caving towards the middle and slanted downward. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the rug in the whole room had not been vacuumed, and there was someone else's stuff left in the both the fridge and freezer. I was so disappointed in this place because it was so close and convenient to Holiday Valley, but I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location! The man at the front counter was very nice, but difficult to contact. The ice machine wasn’t working. Mini fridge wasn’t plugged in.The breakfast was adequate if you don’t mind carbs. 😁 Overall, it was good to stay at for one night of skiing. I would go there again.

1.heater very noisy; temp set at 68 and locked in,unable to raise or lower temperature. 2. covered stairway with water dripping on stairs then freezing,very slippery and dangerous 3. sidewalks not shoveled, slippery. Parking lot icy, very slippery and dangerous. No effort to make safer 4. Breakfast mediocre; no hot water for tea

It was okay for the price we paid. Great location. Clean enough, but dusty on the less used surfaces. We had to park on the road, there were not enough spaces. Shoveling was not a priority. Breakfast was bad. Coffee had to be heated up in microwave. No cute firepit area on a cold night like the description claims. If you just want a pillow to lay your hed on, this is your hotel in town.

Good value for Ellicotville, this is our go to hotel for early morning ski races. Warm, clean, parking can be limited, snow removal on pathways could be improved, also providing breakfast starting at 7 instead of 8.
