Good bang for the buck

Hotel is very dated. They provided ONE wash cloth for 2 people for a 2 night stay. When I asked for a couple more cloths they told me I could have them but I would need to go get them. They should have already been in the room or replaced when the room was cleaned. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had. At 10 pm we found bed bugs in our room. We had to leave the hotel since our room was infested. They made no effort to look into it or ask us any questions and said to reach out to Expedia for our refund. Now the hotel refuses to refund us for the stay despite Expedia reaching out multiple times. My kids were freaked out and we had to find another hotel, wasting hundreds of dollars in the process. Complete waste of money. This was just disgusting and disgraceful. Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. Don't go here if you want a healthy place to stay.

When we got to our room, I noticed there were not any towels in the bathroom, I had to go to the front desk to get some. Saturday morning we decided to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, big mistake. There was one family of three in there when we arrived, the waitress took our order quickly and we got our drinks, but then waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive. The family that was already there only got their food about 10 minutes before us, so had an equally long wait. When the food finally arrived, my omelette was wrong, and cold, but I wasn’t going to wait to get that fixed, instead I just ate the toast and potatoes. When I went to pay the bill, I was surprised I could not put it on my room, I have never been to a hotel where I could not charge hotel restaurant bills to my room. I needed to go back to my room to get my wallet. While waiting for the waitress to come out of the kitchen so I could pay, other families that were waiting for their food got impatient with the long wait and left. I have stayed at Clarion hotels before, this visit was not even close to what I was expecting and will impact my choices of where to stay in the future.

Very comfortable and clean. However no towels in the pool room and only 1 towel in the room. Broken ice machine and empty vending machine made the stay a little less inviting.

It was clean and beds were really comfy. Older place, needs upgrades, parking lot really needs tlc. The only complaint was breakfast at their in house restaurant. They were literally out of almost everything we ordered, orange juice, chocolate milk, blueberries. And the service was terribly slow. They only had one person working there. But there were only two tables to take care of. I don't know maybe they were short staffed in the kitchen or something. A little pricey I think for the kind of hotel it is but it was very clean the room was spacious, and the kids loved the pool.

I've given a pretty good review, but I have a few shortcomings to note: 1) I could not access the internet. I was able to connect to the wifi, but there must have been a disconnect between the hotel and the internet. It has likely been fixed, but it could have been a problem if I had needed to work from the room. 2) The mattress & pillow were far too soft for me. 3) Housekeeping had left piles of linens to be cleaned in the hall way. It wasn't a big deal, but a little off putting. My room was clean. - I'll likely stay again, but I hope the wifi is working.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, was not even set out in time. Rooms were disgusting. Door was broke in bathroom, towel holder would fall off wall if towel hung, toilet paper holder would fall out of wall. Rooms were never vacuumed, I don’t even know if they were cleaned from previous guest. Was scared to sleep in the bed. Absolutely disgusting! Asked numerous times for hair dryer that was provided but broke. Keys cards constantly stopped working

Rooms were very clean, but the outside seemed like it needed some TLC. When we went to check out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk. The sign said to ring the bell and someone would come to assist. Nobody every came, so we just had to leave the keys with a note that we checked out. Very unprofessional.

I didn’t like anything. Every day when we got back to our room no towels even though I said I wanted clean ones daily. One night they didn’t have any and woke us up at 10:30 pm delivering them. Was suppose to clean room every three days I went down four days in a room and still didn’t clean the room plus no towels once again. No internet at any time. We were there a week and I tried to talk to a manager and he was never there. Doors coming in by rooms never locked so just anyone could walk in. We lost our power and he said we had to many things turned on and blew a circuit. Shouldn’t the breaker be good enough for a couple light and a tv, air conditioner was on a different circuit. I think I should be reimbursed at least half of my money. I will neither stay there again or recommend it to anyone

The room was in good order but the common area and outside were dirty and unkempt. Looking out the window of my room there was an outdoor pool that is no longer in use and if was unsightly (half filled with dirty water and algae.

1-I reserved my room weeks in advance and when I got there after 8pm the room was not available. 2-Walking down the main hallway the number of spiders hanging from the lights were absolutely disgusting. My daughter almost didn't even walk down the hall. 3-we get to our room finally, and the bedding was covered in mildew. I will NEVER stay here again At this point I almost canceled and went to a different hotel until the gentleman at the front desk (who was defeated at this point) did the best that he could for the situation and he did put us with a king bed.
