Escape to this stunning oceanfront duplex retreat located in the peaceful Ocean Crest community, where comfort meets coastal luxury. This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and features a reverse floor plan that maximizes sweeping ocean views from the main living area. The oceanfront master suite boasts a king bed and private en-suite bath, while additional bedrooms include three queens and a double with a twin trundle—perfect for families or groups. Linens are provided for your convenience. Rent both sides for a large group.

Enjoy the expansive furnished deck, private walkway to the beach, and a refreshing private pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; maintenance closures may occur without notice). The home is thoughtfully equipped with central heat and air, ceiling fans throughout, high-speed wireless internet, and four TVs. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, a microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed for meal prep. A washer and dryer are also included for extended stays.

Outdoors, you’ll find a gas grill, an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, and beautifully landscaped surroundings—all set within a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from shopping and dining. This is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental. Dogs (max 2) are welcome only during the periods of January 1 to June 8 and August 17 to December 31. No smoking is allowed.

Fall Beach Family Gathering

The floors needed to be mopped! Extremely dirty!! The air return vents and all filters needed to cleaned and replaced. Ceiling fan blades were extremely dusty. Great house and excellent location. Lots of steps for those who have problems with steps.

Great Get A Way

Everything you want in a beach house

Beautiful home in a Lovely location and enough to do in town if you don't want to just sit on the beach. Our only complaint would be that there were no staples what-so-ever (toilet paper, trash bags, salt/pepper), so be prepared to bring EVERYTHING you might need. Re: beach furniture and/or grills, etc, you have to rent from a third-party vendor or bring your own.
