The property grounds were dirty and weedy. The pool left a film on the skin and had a lot of floating debris, there were no towels at the pool. The carpet was stinky and coming up from the floor. The coffee was not fresh brewed. One of our 2 beds were made incorrectly, the sheet was placed over the comforter. The staff were adequate.

Weekend with the grands

The Comfort Inn where we stayed was easy to get to. The staff at check in and check out made everything so easy. They explained how to access the doors into the building so we didn’t have to walk all the way around the building when we parked in back. Breakfast was a little hectic but only to be expected when it was a weekend stay overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom, there was food or something all over the remote, there was dirty toilet paper on the carpet, and the TV didn't work. Overall is was terrible. I was given a different room based on the above, and on first glance it was much better, but then I realized the bathroom was just as bad as the first. The pool was nothing close to great. Although I paid for two nights, I only stayed for the first as it was not worth staying the second night. I didn't even use the shower and waited to shower when i got home the same day. When i checked out early, I wasn't even asked why.

The location to Presque Isle and the water park was perfect. The evening and night front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. The daytime male front desk personnel was a very unhappy person. It was very difficult to communicate with him, no personality. Bed was comfortable and the noise level was quiet. We did not have any housekeeping, not sure why! Free breakfast was very basic.

The staff was great at the Presque Isle lications. My room was clean and bed was comfy. There are many outlets in the room and the fridge was ckean and in working order. I had zero issues with the room. The location was great, not too far from Presque Isle.

There was no fitness center even though description of hotel said it did. WiFi was extremely slow! Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but super crowded and no where to sit both morning’s. Beds were ok. Air conditioning was super loud!

Clean room and warm breakfast

While breakfast was overcrowded and underwhelming, it was included and nice to have. We did not get to check out the pool but it looks nice. Family get away to waldameer and it was a perfect location. Beds were soft and the room was clean. We will definitely stay again.
