The gentlemen at the front desk were awesome. Very attentive and always polite and friendly. My favorite part was the seating along the river/stream and the firepits at night. This is just a very pleasant, comfortable place to stay.

Silvermoon Inn is an excellent place to utilize as "home base" while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park, or the gorgeous Estes Park region. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, and the staff couldn't be nicer. We were made to feel most welcome, and everything about the visit was excellent!

It’s was a good place to stay, but they have horrible pillows. It might sound silly, but when your neck hurts and you just can’t fell asleep bc of how cheap and tall pills are, it affects your perception of the motel. The front desk people were very nice and try to help us. But we end up just suffering. For the price we paid we should be able to get good rest.

Silvermoon Inn is a hidden gem near downtown Estes Park. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and provided with all the details for our stay. We traveled with our dogs and the pet fee was minimal at $25 per day and there were specified rooms for pets and we thought maybe since it was a pet room it would have a pet smell but we were greatly surprised when we got to our room and it was very fresh and clean and no traces of pets could be found. Additionally it wasn’t a riverside room but our room was just down from the river so we had easy access. They had evening smores and multiple options for fire pits scattered around the hotel along the river. Each morning they had continental breakfast and staff were always extra friendly. We went over 4th of July and you wouldn’t even know it. No loud fireworks were heard at all. Very pleased with our stay and will certainly stay again. The only thing we would recommend is the trash was right outside our door and with the heavy lid we could hear it slamming shut all through the night.

Our room was like stepping back into a 1970s motel. Dark. Dated. Loud motel air conditioning unit. Old bathroom with a toilet that ran until you jiggled the handle just right. Dirty chair upholstery. Sheer curtains on the door and window that allowed light in all night. A tv with Direct TV that didn’t connect until we put about an hour in figuring it out.

Property was beautiful, riverside rooms are amazing! Wish that s'more service was avaliable for later, we got there 10 minutes before 10 & they had put everything away. Also, just a warning for staying Saturday night: LOUD obnoxious band plays at 8am in adjacent park. We were woken up in disbelief, couldn't sleep in on our vacation! Otherwise a very lovely Property, clean & accommodating.
