There was an issue with my check in when I arrived. The staff was patient and helpful. Although it was frustrating the staff remained calm and nice throughout which made the whole process easier to handle. I appreciate her! I can't remember her name but I checked in April 7th about 10pm. Please tell her Thank you again!

Worked for an overnight road trip stop!

We were on a long drive from SC to Wisco and this hotel worked for a quick overnight. Pool and breakfast were great for the family. There is gas, Dunkin’, and other restaurants in close proximity.

It was a very nice hotel, super clean, very friendly helpful staff. They let us in well past check in, breakfast was very good. Right off interstate. Our A/C wasnt working great, I had it set on 64 and I was sweating, otherwise I would give the place 5 stars.

Perfect place for us to stay. Loved that we could walk to the restaurant next door. Went to the breakfast in the hotel at 9am and they were out of almost everything and did not restock. Breakfast said it was served until 10a. Had some pretty disappointed kids.

Get some help.

I waited far too long at the front desk for check in. I must have stood there for fifteen minutes while he waited on another couple, then he had to answer the phone and do reservations for them. The phone in my room didn't work and had to use my phone to call down to the front desk. I tried to buy a snack but when I went to pay for it, no on was at desk. Next morning I tried to pay again, but no one was at the front desk again. I owe $3.
