The room was clean, however the shower door refused to stay shut, and breakfast you have to pay for, $16.99 per person. For the cost of the room you would think that it would be included, however it was limited and costly. Not very family friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The location was quite convenient. The quality of accommodation did not match the rate charge (over $400/night). Uncomfortable pillows, a well-worn feeling mattress, and a couch that you sunk into when sitting upon it. The TV needed to be upgraded as well.

The valet parking system leaves much to be desired. When we arrived we waited in the street because cars were parked in the drive-thru awaiting the valet to park them. We finally parked ourselves elsewhere. By the way, there was no mention of a parking charge on the Hotels.com website. The woman tending bar was very efficient and friendly and the salad was fresh.
