I stay at this hotel for work every time I am in town. The staff are always nice and very accommodating. The only issue I have with the hotel is the shower water pressure and the water doesn’t stay hot for long.

I had trouble with billing and this is the second time for this property. If you stay here don't pre-pay with Expedia. Pay at the property instead. Both time the issues was eventually resolved but we spent several hours on the phone with the local manager in Edinburg trying to resolve the issue. Also, I was charged for an iron. We were tired when we checked in and did not check for an iron in the room and it was missing at the end of our stay so we were charged for it. We have spent thousand of dollars at this hotel over the years and it is so sad that they are losing a loyal customer over a $30 iron and billing issues. We did not take the iron and we will not stay here again.
