The rooms are very large and nicely furnished. My only and I mean only complaint would be the mattresses could be a bit comfier. But we will def come back here.

Although I have no pets, I love that the property is pet friendly. That being said, I didn't love the cat peed smell in the particular room we were assigned. The young man at the desk was perfectly willing to assign us a different room. Aside from that, the stay was lovely. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean and well appointed, and the beds are amazingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will definitely revisit should I need to stay in Springfield again.

Loud hotel. Expected better for the price. The walls were thin and you could clearly hear the conversations in the next room. The window AC heater unit was also very loud. You could also hear people walking down the hallway that sounded like elephants. Would expect better quality for this price. Beds were comfortable.

Much needed nap

We where in town for my sister to have her baby, they worked with us amazingly. We had to change rooms for the last night, and we where able to stay in our original room until the new one was ready. This allowed us to take a much needed nap.

The staff were so kind! When they heard we had to leave for the airport before breakfast opened they offered to make us bagged breakfasts to take. Bed was comfy too
