The staff was uninformed and uncooperative when I informed them about the invoice error. Multiple attempts to correct this were dismissed by the staff. The billing error was over $370.00 and still I received no help. It was necessary to correct the large error after we returned home. Common sense is lacking at the front desk.

The front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful. The door on our first room was broken and they immediately sent the maintenance guy to look at it. Turns out the handle needed replaced so we were switched to another room. The area was very clean and quiet. It’s close to the historic district which was awesome. The pool was closed but we expected that since it’s off season. The hot tub was nice and enclosed so it felt secluded. We will stay here again for sure.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Convenient location - a short drive from downtown and restaurants. Sadly, they don't offer free hot breakfast anymore, while the cost went up a little.
