I went to the front desk this morning and notified the attendant that the both beds and their sheets smell like cigarette smoke and that I wasnt satisfied with that accommodation. The attendant replied with, "ok". That's unacceptable and that I should have been provided with fresh bed sheets to accommodate my stay.

The room upon arrival had the heat turned off and was dead cold. After turning the heater to 75 degrees for twelve hours the room temperature still had not reached 70 degrees F (I had to bring in a blanket from our car). One towel had makeup on it. The floor was wet from a leaky toilet and some liquid had dripped onto the desk chair and had not been cleaned up and dried in place. The breakfast was not tasty. The chain over the last eighteen months dropped the variety of breakfast offerings - no pastry, English muffins, reduced fruit selections and changed to paper thin bacon with tasteless eggs. We have stayed at this hotel six times over the last year and we are going to find another place to stay due to this experience.

Breakfast was the usual powdered mixed eggs. And soggy sausage links. Standard waffle mix. My service dog did not mind the two sausage links I was going to throw away. The room was clean and well provisioned. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We are going to stay again. My husband is a cancer patient and receiving tests and treatment close by. We are over 100 miles from home.

We changed hotels to this one after our first one felt incredibly unsafe for us. The staff was amazing, kind and welcoming. The room was clean with no weird smells and we did were not worried about the safety of our car in the parking lot. Would absolutely stay here again.
