Olemme juuri valmistaneet pienen talon vuokraamisen ihmisille, jotka etsivät syrjäistä, hauskaa ja mielenkiintoista lomapaikkaa! Sinulla on kaikki mitä tarvitset ja jos meillä ei ole sitä, teemme kaiken tarvittavan varmistaaksemme, että tarvitset!

Kävelet keittokomeroon, jossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset illallisen tekemiseen tai yksinkertaisesti kiinnittää vähän jotain mikroaaltouunissa lämmetäksesi. Siellä on kiertoilmauuni / grilli. ja leivänpaahdin kaikki yhdessä! Paikan päällä on myös grilli, jota voit käyttää!

Tärkein ajatus on tulla valmis rentoutumaan ja pitämään hauskaa! syö, juo ja ole onnellinen!
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Chesapeakenlahti. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Beautiful and Quiet

Perfect if you are looking for a quiet vacation away from everything. The beach was beautiful and private. The house is small as advertised, but big enough for a small family. It does have all the basics, but I would not plan on cooking there. Multiple restaurants about 20 minutes away and if you are willing to drive further, Cape Charles is about 40 minutes and has restaurants and shops. Christi was very nice and hospitable, great with kids.

Great trip

We had a great time at Sandy Hill Sunsets! The tiny house was just enough space for our family of four. Perfect Weekend

Christi was so welcoming and accommodating. The tiny home was right by the beach with an amazing view from the bay window. Plenty of water toys to choose from and the water was so clean. Having a fire right on the beach while watching the sunset was the highlight of the trip. Definitely helped us unwind from the daily grind.

Hidden Gem

We stayed at Sandy Hill Sunsets for a long weekend. Both the kids and us did not want to leave. The bay is beautiful and sunsets are unparalleled. We had full use of kayaks and paddle boards, as well as a private beach, not to mention, even an ice machine on the premises. It was quiet and relaxing! We will be going back!

Million dollar view!

Fabulous place to unwind and revel in the beauty of nature. The tiny house was intimate and very comfortable, and the host was absolutely amazing. We loved the kayaks and tooling around on our bikes. We didn’t use the available golf carts, but we will next time we go, and we plan to return. Wonderful experience!

A wonderful experience and gracious host

From start to finish, Christie was warm, friendly and welcoming. The hospitality and communication were off the charts. The private beach view is one of the most amazing views we experienced. Very private and a long stretch of beach to walk along. The place was clean and has everything you need from a basics standpoint. The surroundings were awesome. Lots of fields and nature to explore nearby with the golf cart. Highly recommend and will be back.

Loved It!

The owner was present throughout our visit. She spent time talking with our kids, started a s’mores fire for us, and was extremely friendly. We practically had the whole beach to ourselves for much of our stay and it was so wonderful and magical. My children are still talking about this trip! Hope to visit again soon! Thanks Christie. XO

Fabulous host! Our stay was beyond perfect!

Owners, Christi and Rick, were so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were so generous, friendly and acccomodating. They welcomed us into their lives and their piece of paradise for a few days. Our children adored Christi and she went above and beyond with them. Even letting them drive her on the golf cart while my husband and I ate! Leaving felt like we were saying goodbye to family! We make new friends from our visit and will definitely return!

A Secret Paradise

You will not regret staying here. Our experience was better than we could have ever expected. The tiny house was perfect in comfort and location, literally just a few steps away from the beach. The beach is so peaceful, clean and private! Christi and Rick are the most humble and amazing people I’ve ever met, they will make you feel like family, I don’t know what was harder leaving: the beach or our amazing hosts. We will definitely be back! 11/10 recommend to anyone contemplating this perfect getaway! Thank you again Rick and Christi!!

A Hidden Gem

Making arrangements was super easy with owner. Makes you feel welcomed and relaxed, available to help make plans for local sight seeing and restaurants. Beautiful yard, perfect beach on the bay. Watch eagles, osprey, herons diving for fish. Almost magical. Cabin was cute and cozy with a picture window to see the bay. Lots of outdoor equioment for activities. Absolutely a place to return. We have stayed many places over the yeara and this is one of ours favorites hands down.

Even Better than the Sunset

This property was amazing. Christi, the host, took us in as though we were her family. We had a blast. The tiny house was cozy for our family of 4. We had plenty of space to relax at night. We had a private beach and enjoyed watching the sunset while having smores on the beach. Christi had everything we needed, and more. The house was clean and had all the supplies we needed for our trip. They provided everything from towels and soap to bait and fishing rods. This was a great place and we plan to come again soon!

Fantastic Views and Hospitality

We had a fabulous stay at the tiny house! The location and the views were amazing. We loved being able to walk right out to the private beach each day. We were able to fish, kayak, paddle board, and ride around the neighborhood in the provided golf cart. Our toddler loved the playground and coy pond in the yard. The description of the tiny house is accurate and we were comfortable inside. The host, Christie, is a genuine and caring person who wants to ensure that you have a memorable stay. She was always available for questions, help, and conversation. She helped us build a fire on the property, spent time helping us try to catch fish, and provided us with a meaningful final night of our trip. If you love the outdoors, perfect views, and fun...you have found the right place!

Peaceful

We had our honeymoon/family vacation at Sandy Hill Sunsets. The whole family had a great time at the beach. We also went to town and enjoyed some shopping and restaurants. My husband caught a stingray which we grilled and ate as well as the crabs caught fresh from the bay. Christi was a very attentive host. She provided all the fishing gear as well as a johnboat or kayak. She was there if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. They were like family we were visiting. I have 2 toddlers that loved to play and run at the beach without worry. Life jackets were available to use. She even had popsicles and bubbles. I plan to go back next year and would reccomend to anyone. Sandy hill sunsets is a safe, relaxing, family destination.

Exceptional Rental in a Beautiful Location

We spent 4 days and nights at this beautiful spot. The Tiny House was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The property owners, Christi & Rick, are living onsite and made sure our every need was met, and every question answered. Christi told us "When you stay here, you are part of our family." We truly felt welcomed and at home. The area is a bird watchers paradise. We were thrilled to watch a pair of bluebirds making a nest not 10' from the house. We watched osprey fishing and nest building, dolphins in the bay, and a lively bird feeder right from our windows. The beach is lovely and we were able to launch our canoe and go for a paddle. The area has many places for lovely hikes, canoeing, ship watching, and bird watching. There is wifi at the Tiny House so we could text, e-mail, and check out places to hike or eat. We could take a short walk or golf cart ride to get cell service. We were welcomed to use an ice machine, washer and dryer, in the owner's home. (There is another beautiful rental unit in their home.) Best of all we could use the clothes lines to hang laundry outside- my favorite! The Tiny house has a full size fridge, microwave/convection oven, electric griddle and fancy hot plate, pots and pans and kitchen utensils. We loved our stay at the Tiny House. We can't wait to visit again!

Best honeymoon ever

We spent our honeymoon with Christi and Rick at Tiny House! As everyone knows, the honeymoon is one of the most important and special trips you can ever take as a couple! We did a lot of pondering, research, and discussion before we picked our honeymoon destination, but nothing sounded as wonderful to us as Silver Beach! The overwhelming number of excellent reviews sold us, so we booked Tiny House! Let me tell you, this was one of the best decisions of our life! We arrived to a warm welcome and fresh pastries, as well as a perfect little house with everything we could ever need or want! Golf cart, kayaks, fishing supplies and bait, life jackets, giant floats, boats, bedding, towels, refrigerator, laundry supplies, dishes, ice machine, giant inflatable balls, fresh crabs caught from the ocean, a private beach, bonfires, wish lanterns, sunsets, starry night skies, peacefulness, romance, fun, and much more than I could ever describe in this review! All of these things along with a wonderful host who was ready to recommend places for dinner, fun things to do locally, and in our case, a wedding gift and warm hug when we left is what you'll get with Christi! Before we ever left, we began planning our return to Silver Beach, only next time, we will bring our 3 boys! We will likely never stay at a commercialized beach again, because you simply can't beat what Christi has to offer at Sandy Hills Sunsets! By the way, Christi, since we will be coming back to stay with you every year, if you ever plan to sell your house, we want to buy it!

Peace/Quiet If/When You Want It

Couple of city folks here. We were in dire need of "getting away from it all." We studied out private beach cottages ( we wanted ON the beach, not NEAR the beach) and we came across this one. Was a gem! If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, this is the place. No hustle and bustle of your typical vacation rental, with lots of other travelers and vacationers all around you. The place was all ours! The BEACH was all ours! Christie has thoughtfully outfitted the place with everything she felt we would enjoy. At our disposal were row boats, kayaks, knee boards, etc. She has 6 or 8 crab traps that you can just go out and set any time you want. Afterward, Christie boiled our crabs up for us and taught us how to properly eat Blue crabs. It was a fun and unique experience for us. She has fishing poles already set up and waiting. She has bait for both fishing and crabbing bait ready to go for you and you can just grab it whenever you want and go! While we went for peace and quiet, we heard that another family previously rented the property and brought along 17 total guests who all set up tents on the 1.5 acre property. The property is very versatile. We were even given a street-legal golf cart for the week! Christie was the best host, always available and ready to help us out with anything we needed. The property is beautifully landscaped and well kept. Make sure to read all of Christie's ad. She gives great details. Read the reviews of others as well. The town of Exmore itself is a little slow. Not a lot to do and Covid has a lot of it shut down. We drove to Cape Charles and it was quaint, but still... Be prepared to entertain yourself. We didn't mind as we were there to NOT be surrounded by lots of other people, but if a nightlife, shopping or regular dining out is part of your dream vacation, you won't find it here. Think sleepy little town... Think of "getting away from it all," because you will be far away from it ALL... Which was just the way we wanted it. Oh... The view! Let me tell you something... The sunsets were absolutely astounding. The property is on The Chesapeake Bay facing west. The sun sets in your back yard over the water. WOW! You'll see! Words and even photos cannot do it justice. We are happy to know of this little hidden gem and will keep it in our list of great places (and people) to revisit.
