The room is much smaller than it seems, though its cleanly furnished and decent. There were not enough linens for 2 people - not enough pillows and towels. Staff were pleasant. Free parking was nice. I wish the front door wasn't locked all day. Not sure I would stay again at the price I paid but also not terrible.

The place needs a lot of work, most of which should have been done years ago. Broken windows, stained carpet and packing tape hold the rug together. The staff was great. Helpful, pleasant and available.

On the night of 09/21/25, the female front desk staff on duty was extremely unprofessional. My hotel reservation was cancelled without my knowledge, and when I asked for an explanation, she demanded that I pay an $80 fee and then double the price to rebook. When I said this was unreasonable, she told me to leave and refused to issue any refund. This is completely unacceptable behavior and service. I ended up going to Spring Hill instead, where the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Clean room, a little dated but overall clean so no complaints there. They have a small shop for anything that you might’ve forgotten while packing for your trip. I believe the customer service and staff was the best part! Josie gave so many great recommendations and tips! Candace was the sweetest and made sure we were okay. Would def come back and stay here and roam around downtown Fairbanks. Thank you Bridgewater!
