1. The room is old and not well-maintained, such as toilet paper holder is shaky, loose faucet, and toilet flush lever is easily to separate from the internal tank flapper. 2. The front desk staff are not so nice to customers, such as Honey.

Bathroom was dirty and had hair. Sagging mattress was a unique experience with my partner being higher that I was. Cherry on pie was clipped nails in the table. So gross. The room was warm when we got in. The third day (thankfully last) heater was not blowing hot air so it was pretty cold. Glad they had portable heaters in closet.

The food was cold. For over $20 it was cold bacon, cold slices of French toast, and French fries. No eggs, and it didn't feel like guests were truly prioritized. People come from across the world and this is supposed to be a high class hotel. Do better.

I was assigned a connected room with strangers and they tried to open the door in the middle of the night. Thin walls and you can listen to everything. No microwave on the room and I put the “do not disturb sign” and they still went in. Wont stay there again in the future.
