A fine lodging option while in Vacaville. Large, clean comfortable rooms. Housekeeping and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. Compares favorably with the more expensive chain hotels which offer similar amenities.

Had a quick trip up here and needed a place last minute. Staff was courteous, and was so happy with easy parking that was well lit. My only complaint was that keys kept getting demagnetized, but staff was very good about rekeying. Good price, great location near to shopping. Would stay here again for sure!

The cleaning crew was exceptional—truly 5 stars! The rooms and the property were spotless, maintained meticulously from corner to corner. Their attention to detail made the stay comfortable and pleasant. However, the reception staff, particularly in the morning, seemed disengaged and unwelcoming. No greetings, no smiles, and an overall attitude that made guests feel like an inconvenience. A bit of warmth and hospitality at the front desk would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Lastly, the pancake machine could use an upgrade. The pancakes came out flat, hard, and unappetizing. Replacing it with a waffle maker—or any better alternative—would be a great improvement and something guests could genuinely look forward to during breakfast.
