Hämmästyttävä luonnonkivimuuri toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi kauniisti sisustettuun olohuoneeseen, jonka korvaa puun polttaminen takka, joka näkyy oleskelu- ja ruokailutiloilta.

Erillinen ruokasali, jossa iso 8-10 hengen ruokapöytä, saa sinut tuntemaan olosi ripustettuna puihin, mikä osoittaa upean näkymän.

Nauti aterioiden valmistamisesta täysin varustetussa gourmet-keittiössä, joka sisältää täysikokoisia, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita ja paljon upeita keittovälineitä. Kahden tuolin pubipöytä istuu keittiön toisessa päässä - koska tiedämme, että kaikki rakastavat olla keittiössä.

Pääkerroksen makuuhuoneen sviitissä on king-vuode, mukavalla orgaanisella puuvillapatjalla, suurella taulutelevisiolla ja isäntäkylvyllä, jossa suuri laatta-suihku, tiskialtaat, graniittitaso ja kaksi vaatekaappia.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on viihtyisä parisänky orgaanisilla puuvillapatjoilla ja suurella taulutelevisiolla, ja siinä on täysi kylpyamme kolmannen makuuhuoneen kanssa, jossa parivuode, joka muuttuu queen-vuodeksi. Tämä kolmas makuuhuone on pienin neljästä eikä siinä ole pukeutujaa.

Suuri perhehuone sijaitsee alemmalla tasolla / uloskäynnin kellarissa ja siinä on puulämmitteinen kiuas, joka on koteloitu suureen tiilitakkaan, ja 55 tuuman taulutelevisio. Täydellinen paikka lapsille katsella elokuvia ja isoille lapsille pelipäivinä. Sohva muuttuu mukavaksi queen-vuodeksi, jossa on muistivaahtopatja ylimääräisiä makuumajoja varten.

Neljäs makuuhuone on myös tässä kerroksessa, ja siinä on kaksi erityisen pitkää erillistä vuodetta orgaanisilla puuvillapatjoilla, jotka voidaan työntää yhteen kuninkaan valmistamiseksi, sekä suuri kylpyamme kylpyammeella / suihkulla.

Kaikista neljästä makuuhuoneesta on upeat näkymät puusta. Makaa vain sängyssä ja nauti näkymistä.

Suuret kannet on varustettu kaasugrillaamilla, patio-tuolit oleskeluun ja kahdella ulkona olevalla ruokapöydällä. Se on täysin yksityinen, jotta se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua, kun kuuntelet kiinteistön läpi virtaavan puron ääniä.

Älä unohda ottaa näkymää, kun rentoudut porealtaassa - se on hienoa!

Tranquility just minutes from town

I and some friends play in an annual soccer tournament in Asheville (have done so for about a decade now), and, as we're getting older, we always look for a place that we can relax and rest our old bones in between games. This house was perfect for us. Loads of room, extremely comfortable, and (best of all) quiet and peaceful. We were just minutes from Asheville itself, but it felt like we were in another world. The hot tub was a huge plus too! I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect getaway and close to everything in Asheville

Where I am from we have a joke that if you live in a place that's 20 minutes from everywhere, you are in the perfect location. This is actually true in this instance, as this property is in close proximity to the Asheville airport, the downtown area, the river/arts area, everything. However it is far enough away from everything that you really feel like you are in the woods. Nestled right up against the edge of the mountain, you will feel like you are literally up in the trees in this location. I was stunned by the beauty of the area and the details of the house's design. And the owners were not only communicative and helpful but also made everything a total breeze for my group. Can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful Treetops House

This house is as beautiful outside in the treetops as well as it is inside with lovely decor, comfortable beds, well supplied functional kitchen, and more than adequate space for three couples. We all loved sitting on the deck/patio in the morning and then going off to explore the wonderful areas around Asheville. Having the spacious area downstairs was like having a complete second rental. However, this area would be difficult for people with mobility issues due to the steep steps which lead down to it. There is a separate bedroom/bath (with twin beds plus a queen sofabed) downstairs which would be perfect for another family or maybe the teenagers! The owners could not have been more helpful when we needed them and told us many interesting stories about the house. Please remember that this house is in the mountains and the roads around it are twisty and sometimes steep. However, this rental surpassed our expectations and we would recommend it highly to anyone considering it. You will leave with many wonderful memories!

Treehouse

This house was absolutely beautiful!! You actually feel like you are in the trees!! The quiet and peacefulness was so relaxing. We were even able to see a couple of resident bears. The owners of this house made sure you lacked for nothing and were great recommending places to shop for food, sites to see etc. Our family had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Thank you Tonya and David!!

Serene, lovely property!

Six friends gathered for a 2 night stay. Though located in a remote (gorgeous, wooded) area, it was easy to find. The directions were perfect. Tonya was a fantastic host, calling me prior to our stay and available while we were there. Her home is lovely; clean, well stocked kitchen, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable beds. We loved every minute, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Asheville FAMILY GIRLS’ TRIP

Our stay was amazing!! The most picturesque scenery you can imagine. We felt like we had “a little piece of HEAVEN” for our long weekend. Our hostesses were amazing! With one call, a minor issue was resolved!! We choose daytime activities around Asheville and then returned to this luxurious home- the beds were amazingly comfy… I wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful, serene home.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The home is situated in a private, quiet, location and the home and property are stunning. The owners were very communicative from the start and available at any time although they left detailed information and we had no need to contact them during our stay. Easy commute to Biltmore and other Asheville locations (check out Lexington Glassworks!). Would absolutely stay here again and recommend highly to others looking for a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect weekend.

Absolutely wonderful stay

My husband and I met our adult children there to celebrate the holidays together. Tanya had everything you could possibly need. The Christmas tree was up, the kitchen was completely stocked, towels, all the beds were very comfortable. Tanya was wonderful in responding to any questions I had prior to going plus she personally called to check on us and tell us about last minute items we would need to know. Our stay was extremely relaxing and absolutely amazing. We plan on returning in the future.

Wonderful home with great view!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would ever need. You could cook thanksgiving dinner there and have everything! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the deck with the amazing view. The view can also be seen from the den so that is nice when it’s raining. The coffee maker broke while we were there but Tonya came over that day and replaced it. That was so sweet! It’s in a great location. Close to black mountain and Biltmore. There is a lot of parking also. We had 4 cars. I will bring my family back there for sure!

A great respite in the woods!

The Treehouse was the perfect location for a college girls reunion - all the amenities in a beautifully serene setting. Plenty of dishes/utensils to accommodate happy hour and dinners! Close enough to Asheville to enjoy the Biltmore, the shopping/bars/restaurants and nearby hiking but still within Uber/Lyft range so no one had to drive at night. Instructions were clear and the host was very communicative. We even got to see some bear cubs. A terrific place to catch up with "old" friends!!

This property was the perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend. We did not leave the property the whole weekend. It had plenty of space for all of us and the porch and hot tub were a plus!! We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful but not marketed well

First, we LOVED the house and cant wait to come back when our little one is bigger. BUT, a few notes - We chose the house because it looked family friendly. It IS for adults and older kids but isn’t very toddler friendly (or young kid, really). The listing advertises 2 bathtubs (one up, one down) - there is only one and it is hard to work with for giving baths because of the shower doors installed on it. It is also down very steep stairs with no door or baby gate on them. The best room for little ones is upstairs so we hd to share the bathroom with the tub with others. The green space outside is also very small and on the edge of the mountain with no physical barrier for safety. Great for adults, bad for kids. The driveway also has no physical barrier by the mountain side - again, not child safe. We were also bummed that the wifi is very limited and we couldn't stream except between 2am-8am. The space IS great for relaxing and watching tv, but you can't actually watch unless you are patient with spotty dish tv or stay up late/get up early. Another note not on the listing (ok for us but maybe not others) - this is NOT a party house and they are very clear in the welcome book about that. Some might try too book for that so I just wanted to share on here so you arent surprised. Again, we loved our time here! We probably wouldn't have picked it though if it were marketed appropriately since it did add extra stress as we navigated adjustments for our toddler.

Will Definitely Come Back!

What a wonderful home in the mountains! This was a perfect spot away from the everything, yet close enough to anything we wanted to do in the Asheville area. We spent my wife's 40th birthday with friends and enjoyed every minute of our time at the treehouse. We'll definitely plan on coming back for my 40th!
