Overall it was an acceptable hotel. Convenient enough to get to Fall River by car. Common areas were clean. Room was clean when we entered, although you can see extra grout and spackle from hasty construction. We did need to request room service, because we were at breakfast when cleaning came around initially. Breakfast is good: pancake machine, French toast, potatoes, eggs, cereal, yogurts, etc.

The facility was perfect for our date night needs. Cleaniness could be better though. The entire sitting area (cushions) of the pool was so filthy we had to move the table near a pair of pool chairs just to have somewhere to sit. The bathroom in the hotel room needs the grout and tiling redone. They were heavily stained and appeared to have some black mold growth. The Staff was courteous and helpful.

Rooms could be cleaner. Found dust and dirt in different areas in the room. You can tell the only thing housekeeping does is change the sheets and wipe down high touch areas. Found dirt in bathroom sink, under bed, on windowsill etc.

We were very happy with our hotel stay. Employees were friendly and helpful, the room was nice, beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Kids enjoyed the heated pool, and the complimentary breakfast had a good selection to choose from.
