Rundown Not So Clean Get Location Friendly Staff

The hotel is rundown and not very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Even though it's next to a casino it was quiet. All the furniture is old and scratched and stained. The upholstered chair was dirty and stained. Linen was worn and dingy. Pillows were lumpy. Bed was comfortable. The floor was not swept/vacuumed or mopped. Tub was stained and chipped. Hot water was inconsistent. Large vanity was not clean. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked very well. Walls had holes poorly patched WiFi was good. Large spacious room. Lighting was okay. Heater worked very well but a little noisy. Outside area old and rundown but clean. Breakfast is very limited. Pool was closed. It felt safe. The biggest reason I stayed was location. It's close to everything and close to friends I was visiting. They really need better housekeeping and maintenance.

The rooms were disgusting. The sheets were stained, hair in the bed, no carpet and floor was sticky and dirty. Had to put the sheets on the floor just to walk around. The shower curtain looked like someone had their way with it. It also took them forever to even find my reservation which was scaring since we were staying for a wrestling tournament and no where else had vacancy.

Drive 30 min to sparks and avoid this nightmare!!!

DO NOT STAY!!!! FRESH DOG PRINT STAINS ON BEDDING DOG HAIR ALL OVER ROOM BROKEN WINDOWS IN ROOM WITH NO WOOD TO PROTECT AIR OR INTRUDER IN MOLD SHOWER CURTAIN NO EXTRA BEDDING AND THEY DO NOT HAVE NO EXTRA TOWELS. HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR UNSANITARY

Sheets were dirty and stained, the cleanliness was definitely not ther. There is a broken window to a room on the second floor. I let staff know and they were already aware.Woke up to people in the room next to me throwing things and fighting. Pool is closed. There was hot water and the AC worked. close to Walmart and fast food. Free coffee cereal and bread and granola bars for breakfast.

We have stayed at this location before and had better experiences. The room smelled like pot, the lamps didn't work, the tv didn't work and the shower controls didn't work. I'm not happy with this recent stay.

Room Dirty and Repairs Needed

Check in process was easy n staff was helpful. Room however was in poor condition. Walls were dirty and had numerious patches. Bathroom tub was in terrible condition and hot n cold lines reversed. Breakfast was limited to cold cereal/instant oatmeal and toast.

Upon checkin TV did not work. We were given another room. Multiple things were in great need of repair. AC/ heat unit was not fastened to the wall. Wind was blowing in around it. I had to stuff towels to seal it. Bed surround was made of thin metal and made horrible loud noise. Mold in bathroom. Sheets did not appear to be clean. Towels for only one person, we were two. Disgusting unclean and unkept conditions. How can Wyndham put their name on this? Unbelievable!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very different. Finding a used coffee pouch in the coffee pot was not a good find. Bathtub leaked, plus I think it was cracked.
